Prime Burger arrived on Koh Samui in December 2022, bringing its award-winning smash burgers to the island. Started as one restaurant at the entrance to Fisherman’s Village in Bophut and has since grown into two locations, with a second and larger restaurant opening in Chaweng, a few steps away from Central Festival Samui.

As part of Prime Burger Thailand, which now operates 25 locations across the country, Prime Burger Samui has quickly become a favorite among both locals and visitors looking for quality burgers.

Our burgers are made using freshly ground 100% Australian beef and buns baked fresh every day. Each burger is smashed on the grill to create the signature caramelized crust that gives smash burgers their unique flavor and texture.

Alongside the beef burgers, you’ll find chicken, fish, halloumi and plant-based options, as well as salads, sides, a kids’ menu and a selection of drinks ranging from craft beer to our popular house-made milkshakes. All of our beef and chicken are halal.

Both restaurants are designed with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in mind, offering indoor and outdoor seating that makes them equally suited for a quick lunch, a family dinner or a late-night meal. We’re open daily until 3 AM in Chaweng and 12 AM in Fisherman’s Village.
