In December 2023, Koh Samui welcomed a new addition to its vibrant food scene: Prime Burger Samui, Award Winning Smash Burger restaurant, marking the latest expansion of a rapidly growing chain that now boasts 15 locations in Thailand.

Located at the very entrance to the famous “Fisherman’s Village”, this latest addition to the Prime Burger family offers both locals and tourists a dining experience that merges the laid-back charm of the quaint Fisherman’s Village with the luxury of gourmet burgers.

Prime Burger Samui has quickly made a name for itself by perfecting the art of the smash burger. Using only freshly ground beef and daily baked buns, we create our Signature Smash Burgers with caramelized crust that locks in an incredible depth of flavor. They are thoughtfully crafted and inspired by the rich, diverse flavors of Scandinavian, Thai, French and Middle Eastern cuisine, alongside classic American favorites.

Beyond the signature burgers, our menu includes a selection of side dishes, fish and Halloumi burgers, salads and a children’s menu as well as a range of refreshing beverages, from craft beer to signature milkshakes, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Our meat is halal.

“Phuket’s Best Burger” has been a mainstay of the Phuket event calendar since 2015 and has grown to be one of Asia’s main burger events.

The 2024 edition – Phukets Best Burger – BURGERFEST saw Prime Burger’s Phuket branch take home the winning title of “Phuket’s best beef burger” (The New York double smash burger) and “best vegan/vegetarian burger” (The San Francisco vegan burger) adding to the previous wins from 2019 and 2020.
